Delivery

You can monitor the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
Approximate Delivery Times are:



Shipping From:

    •    USA - 10 to 30 days from dispatch

• UK - 10-18 days from dispatch
    •    Australia (Domestic) - 2-7 days from dispatch
    •    Australia (International deliveries) 7-20 days from dispatch

Should an item not arrive within the estimated period, please note that we cannot investigate the non-arrival of your item until after 14 Days from dispatch (Australia Domestic Only) or 30 days from Dispatch (all international deliveries).
Please ensure you have checked with your local post office prior to contacting us about a non arrival. Often Australia Post do not leave parcel collect cards and if a 
parcel remains uncollected at the post office it will be returned to us. Any returned items will incur additional shipping charges to re-dispatch.

Incorrect delivery details:
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their full and correct address details are supplied, these include suburb and correct postcode. 
If you require postage to a business address it is essential a full company name is included in your ship to details. Please be aware that Australia Post mail redirections
 do not always include a parcel redirection service. We take no responsiblity for non-delivery of incorrectly addressed items. If a parcel is returned to us there will be an additional postage charged incurred to reship your parcel.

Delivery Methods:
Item location indicated on item description:
USA - your purchase will be posted from our US agent located in Irvine California via USPS airmail
Australia - your purchase will either ship from our Melbourne or Queensland warehouses.

All Import titles are distributed directly to you from the country of origin. US region 1 titles ship from our US agent, UK region 2 titles ship from our UK agent. These import titles are ex GST all pricing is in AUD$.

Stock Items
In stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order and payment clearing.

If you have ordered a number of items, and your order includes out of stock items, your order will not ship until all items are in stock. No orders will be processed until full payment is received. If an item is a pre-order or back order title it will be dispatched when stock becomes available.

If you wish your items to ship as they become available please notify us by email, your order will incur additional shipping charges for each separate delivery.

Out of Stock Items
In most cases, out of stock (back-order) items are on order from the suppliers. Back-order titles usually come into stock within 1 to 2 weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 2 weeks, we will send you an update via email. If a title has been deleted or is no longer available, we will notify you immediately by email and cancel the item from your order. You may choose to take a full refund, or a store credit in lieu of payment.

Pre-Order and new release titles will ship by the release date indicated in the item description, occasionally a release date may be changed by the issuing studio, if this is the case you will be notified by email and given the option to either wait, be refunded or take a store credit for the complete purchase amount.

Where do we ship to?
We ship  to Australia, NZ and the UK, other countries may be available by request.

Delivery Charges:
Delivery costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your Order. At anytime you can get a postage estimation by entering your postcode in your shopping cart.
Our carriers include: Australia Post eParcel, Australia Post Receipted Delivery, Australian Air Express, United States Postal Service.

Order Non-Arrivals
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and is not waiting collection at your local post office please contact us with your order details.
