Returns Policy

Returns Policy

For any return contact us on the following email address only: returns@atomicmovies.com.au

Atomic Movies must be notified prior to any item being returned. We will evaluate your return request and provide you with a Return Authorisation number which must accompany all returns and full return instructions. Non qualifying items will not be accepted for return.

Atomic Movies will only accept returns for the following:
    •    Goods deemed to be faulty
    •    Goods supplied incorrectly (Mis-ship)
    •    Goods which are not as described on the website (excluding cover art changes)


Items which may be accepted for return - subject to prior approval. These returns will receive a store credit not a cash refund.
    •    Any item with incorrect Region Coding (restocking fee 15% of initial purchase price - items not in brand new condition are not accepted for return, there is no rebate on shipping costs) If an item is returned to our store in obvious used condition it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
    •    Non damaged items may be returned if received in brand new as shipped condition, there is no rebate on postage costs. No item will be accepted for return if sent COD or if prior approval is not received.

On occasion discs may become dislodged in transit and this may result in light surface scratching. It is rare that this scratching will affect playback and discs will not be repaired or replaced unless playback is affected.

The above does not apply to any items sold as clearance titles, these titles are sold in as advertised condition and no returns apply.

Note:
    •    All returns must be received by Atomic Movies within 7 days of item receipt
    •    A Return Authorisation Number must accompany any return. Any return that is not accompanied by this Number will not be given priority or may be ineligible for return. Any ineligible item will be returned to you.
    •    Computer and Console Games and Accessories attract strict manufacturer guidelines and are non-returnable unless defective or unopened (refer to “Damaged or Defective Items”).

Game Consoles are covered by manufacturer warranty and are subject to specific manufacturer terms and conditions. Please refer to the user documentation and warranty details.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will exchange your item, if an item is no longer available a full refund will be made. We will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) only after we receive the return and it has been tested and deemed faulty.
No product is to be returned without prior approval and the issue of a return authorisation number contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the defective item.
