Q: I would like to buy a UK movie, will I be charged in Australian $?
A: All of our pricing is in Australian $
Q: I would like to order a movie but I do not have a credit card.

Q: I have a gift voucher, how do I redeem this?
A: When you get through checkout you will see an area in Stage 4: Payment and Checkout: If you have a gift voucher click here to redeem, enter your voucher code and secret key (these can be copied and pasted from your gift voucher email)
Note: Due to the increase in credit card fraud we may require proof of identity on higher value transactions and transactions
made using a credit card which is not in the purchasers name. No shipment will be made to Parcel Lockers for parcels over
the value of $40.
Q: How much will my postage cost?
A: We keep our postage prices as low as possible, postage will vary depending on the size of your order and where it is being delivered from and to. You can see a postage estimation on each product page and also in checkout.
Q: How long will an overseas delivery take?
A: It will depend on where you are located in Australia and if the title is in stock, usually orders are delivered in around 3 weeks.
Q: Help, my order has not arrived!
A: Please contact us for non arrived parcels, you may like to check the expected delivery times on the link above as well. We always recommend to our customers to check their local post office if an item is overdue as we find that many Australian customers are not being left parcel collect slips. Please be sure you notify us of any non-deliveries within 60 days of the expected arrival time as we are unable to investigate non-deliveries after this time. Any claims for non- delivery must be lodged with us within 60 days of the expected delivery date or 90 days after the purchase date, claims made after this time will be void.
Q: Help, my address is incorrect
A: Once an order is placed we are not able to change your details. If an item is dispatched to an incorrect address and is returned to our warehouse it will be redispatched to you once correct address details are provided. We are not liable for any items dispatched to incomplete or incorrect addresses so please ensure you complete these details correctly in your order, including company names and building floor or level if a business address is provided.
Q: Where will my purchase be posted from?
A: Australian released product despatch from our Gold Coast warehouse or Melbourne Office, US released product dispatches from Kentucky.
Q: Do you ship to Post Boxes
A: We ship to Australian post boxes, this excludes larger parcels which are delivered by courier
Q: Do you ship to Parcel Lockers
A: We will not ship any goods over the value of $40 to a Parcel Locker within Australia unless you are a pre-approved purchaser.

Q: Are your products genuine?
A: All products sold on the Atomic Movies website are brand new studio releases
Q: The title I received is not sealed, is it used?
A. Not all studios in Australia distribute their product sealed, however all products are brand new

Q: The DVD I would like to buy is a preorder what does that mean?
A: New release titles are available for pre-order on our website 1-2 months prior to the official release date. Pre-ordered items will be posted 1-2 days before the official release date. Overseas titles may dispatch 1-2 weeks earlier.
Q: How long will a backorder take to arrive?
A: Usually backorders will arrive in stock 1-2 weeks after ordering. Some items may take longer. If you have any queries regarding availability please contact us.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?
A: All Atomic Movies customer purchases are fully secure and encrypted by TLS 1.2.. We do not store any customer credit card details on our website, all card transactions are processed via our eWay payment gateway (www.eway.com.au)
Q: Will you share my details?
A: No customer details will be shared with any 3rd party site.
