Product Descriptions

www.atomicmovies.com.au attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by ww.atomicmovies.com.au is not as described you may return it in new condition as per our return conditions.

Product Warranty

All product sold by www.atomicmovies.com.au  is guaranteed to be brand new and fully genuine (excepting used items sold in our bargain basement). All product is covered by manufacturer's warranty against factory defect. Any product deemed to be defective will be replaced at no cost to the buyer. If a replacement is not available a refund will be made upon return of the product. Returns of opened (unsealed) product are not accepted. This condition is part of our terms of sale and is non-negotiable.

Items in brand new fully sealed condition may be returned for a refund, the customer will be responsible for all postage charges and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

All returns must be pre-approved, contact us prior to returning any item. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. All returns will be issued with an RAN (Return Authority Number) which must be included with the return item and any correspondence.

Product Origin

www.atomicmovies.com.au offer products originating from the following countries: Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. All product offered and supplied are official studio releases. Products originating from the USA and UK will dispatch from their respective countries, these products are not imported into Australia by Atomic Movies but by "you" the customer and any customs or duties due on the import of these products must be paid by the customer at the point of entry.

Payment Options

All credit card payments are processed via our secure gateway or by Paypal in Australian $ AUD. For Australian customers we also accept direct bank transfer using ANZ, money order or cheque. Please ensure all bank deposits have your invoice or order number as payment reference.

My order has been declined, what does this mean?

Should you receive a declined order notification this means that your bank has rejected our request to debit your credit card for a number of possible reasons. Some of these include: incorrect expiry date, insufficient funds, cancelled card or other. If this occurs we are unable to process your order and will consequently contact you via email with instructions on how to proceed further. 

No orders will be shipped until full payment has been received.

Limit of Liability

All parcels will be shipped to the address supplied to us in checkout.
We do not accept responsibility for incorrect or change of address once items are shipped. 

Any claims for non-delivery must be lodged with us within 60 days of the expected delivery date, claims made after this time will be void.
